Pilates Fine Arts Academy
The Pilates Fine Arts Academy offers a comprehensive Pilates certification program that consists of a 450-hour teacher training course, divided into 6 modules: history/anatomy, mat, reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel/Spine Corrector. Throughout each module, students will learn how to effectively incorporate props such as the magic circle, balls, and weights, as well as how to work with special populations and design class programming. This Pilates instructor training program is delivered through a combination of lectures, hands-on practice, teaching, and observation. Students will also delve into anatomy and movement principles, including planes of motion and the concepts of concentric and eccentric movements, specifically related to Pilates. Upon completing the course, participants will be eligible to sit for the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP) and will be well-equipped to teach Pilates in both group classes and one-on-one settings.
The 450 hours of this comprehensive Pilates certification program includes: 6 modules covered over 1 month of classroom instruction, studio access for self-practice and teacher training hours, and mentorship throughout the program and beyond.

The cost is $3300, payable by the beginning of module one.
