The Pilates Fine Arts Academy in Coral Gables offers a comprehensive 450-hour Pilates Teacher Training Certification covering anatomy, mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel, spine corrector, props, class programming, and training for special populations. The program combines lectures, hands-on practice, teaching, observation, mentorship, and self-practice. Graduates are eligible to sit for the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP) exam and are prepared to teach both private and group Pilates classes. The Mat & Reformer Training includes anatomy, Pilates history and philosophy, professionalism, practical and written exams, group class programming, and 20 group classes at Pilates Fine Arts Academy. Tuition is $3,400, due before Module One.
