To ensure you are well-prepared for your Pilates Teacher Training program, it's beneficial to participate in as many Pilates classes and private sessions as possible before starting. Engaging deeply with Pilates not only enhances your understanding but also strengthens your body, which is essential for your journey ahead in the Pilates certification process.
